Grilled Quesadilla with Cheese & Ground Beef

Here is a spin on a classic that won’t break the bank, and adds another level of protein in order to make this a fulfilling meal.

- 1/2 lbs Ground Beef or any other meat you prefer
- 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Italian Seasoning to taste
- Shredded Cheese
- Diced Tomatoes
- Shredded Lettuce
- Tortillas
In a pot, put the Ground Meat with 1 – 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
Add Salt, Pepper and a pinch of Italian Seasoning. Cook the mix until cooked well through.
Warm up a Tortilla.
Place the Tortilla on a plate. Add Shredded Cheese of your liking, and 2 tablespoons of cooked Ground Beef, diced Tomatoes and Lettuce.
Fold it and enjoy!
