Method
- In a pot, put the Ground Meat with 1 – 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
- Add Salt, Pepper and a pinch of Italian Seasoning. Cook the mix until cooked well through.
- Warm up a Tortilla.
- Place the Tortilla on a plate. Add Shredded Cheese of your liking, and 2 tablespoons of cooked Ground Beef, diced Tomatoes and Lettuce.
- Fold it and enjoy!
