Grilled Quesadilla with Cheese & Ground Beef

Here is a spin on a classic that won’t break the bank, and adds another level of protein in order to make this a fulfilling meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lbs Ground Beef or any other meat you prefer
  • 1-2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Italian Seasoning to taste
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Tortillas

Method
 

  1. In a pot, put the Ground Meat with 1 – 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
  2. Add Salt, Pepper and a pinch of Italian Seasoning. Cook the mix until cooked well through.
  3. Warm up a Tortilla.
  4. Place the Tortilla on a plate. Add Shredded Cheese of your liking, and 2 tablespoons of cooked Ground Beef, diced Tomatoes and Lettuce.
  5. Fold it and enjoy!
