Maria's Hummus

A healthy late night snack recipe
Course: Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chick Peas drained, reserve liquid
  • 1 glove Garlic crushed or grated
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients in food processor.
  2. Add reserved liquid to desired consistency. Enjoy!
