A healthy late night snack for my kids is a yogurt, a warm glass of milk, or some fruit. Another favorite in our house is this hummus recipe.

Maria's Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can Chick Peas drained, reserve liquid
- 1 glove Garlic crushed or grated
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Blend ingredients in food processor.
- Add reserved liquid to desired consistency. Enjoy!
