1-Minute Blender Salsa
Ingredients
- 6 whole Tomatoes roughly chopped (or 1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes)
- 1/2 small Onion roughly chopped
- 1 clove Garlic peeled and smashed
- 1/2 Jalapeno (seeded for less spicy salsa if desired)
- small handful Cilantro washed
- Salt to taste
- 1 Lime juice of
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or so until all the ingredients are finely chopped and salsa is desired consistency.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
