Egg & Cheese Omelet with Olive Oil

Below is an easy nutritious meal that is great for kids through adults, and will give you energy to conquer the day!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp Shredded Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • English Muffin

Method
 

  1. In a pan (medium heat) add some Olive Oil. When it warms up, add the 2 Eggs, Salt and Pepper, and scramble.
  2. Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of Shredded Cheese of your liking.
  3. Cook it for a couple of minutes on medium heat till cooked through.
  4. Toast an English muffin to add to the side of your dish.
    You can also turn the eggs and English muffin into a breakfast sandwich! Consider adding ham for added flavor and protein.
