• 1 Banana large
• 4 Eggs
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 cup Almond Meal

Method

 

1. Mix the ingredients in the blender
2. Pour a few tablespoons of the mixture into a greased skillet
3. As soon as it bubbles, flip it over
