Marinated Pork Chops Recipe with Greek Vinaigrette Dressing and Baked Potato

Marinated Pork Chops

with Greek vinaigrette dressing and a baked potato

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pork Chops with bone in
  • 3/4 cup Greek Dressing
  • 8 sprigs Oregano
  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Method
 

  1. Mix the Greek dressing to cover pork chops. Tuck in 4 sprigs of oregano. Cover and marinate for 3-4 hours.
  2. Preheat grill for 15 minutes. Soak 4 other sprigs of oregano in water for 15 minutes.
  3. Add oregano to top of coals and spritz with water to help create steam.
  4. Cook pork chops on grill for 5 minutes and then flip.
  5. Baste with marinade and cook until 150-160 degrees internal temperature. 8-25 minutes depending on thickness of chop.
  6. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes and serve with baked potato and side salad!

Notes

You can also cook chicken this same way! Follow the same process for this pork chop recipe, but instead of Greek dressing use an Italian Balsamic dressing. – It is delicious!!!
