Slow Cooker BBQ Sloppy Joes
This homemade sloppy joe recipe is easy to make for a crowd! And it's the perfect option for your next party since you can make it in advance.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet with the onion and green pepper.
- Add browned ground beef mixture along with the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low 3 hours (up to 6 hours). Keep warm until serving. Serve on rolls.
