Zucchini Fritters Recipe

zucchini recipeTeaching teens to cook can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. Look for moderate level recipes, like the one below, and enjoy making it together. Then, a couple of weeks later, ask them to attempt again, but this time by them-self while you watch. It can be hard to give up control in the kitchen, but you are teaching them valuable survival skills that will eventually be appreciated once they move out on their own. Start with this simple yet delicious zucchini fritters recipe.
